- Full kitchen: full-size refrigerator with freezer, range with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, sink
- Half kitchen: microwave and sink
- Rooftop garden: overlooking Sevier Park (weather permitting)
- Two iPod docking stations (one for each floor)
- Seven large podiums and one six-foot table
- General clean-up services
- Restroom
All renters will agree to and sign a gallery use policy and procedure agreement at the time of gallery reservation.
