Event Rates

Two Moon Gallery spaces (first floor, second floor, rooftop terrace): $400 (per four hours)

  • Events lasting more than six hours will incur a $50 per hour charge.
  • Fee does not include:
    • Removal or rearrangement of any artwork
    • catering, food or beverages
    • tables, chairs, linens, glass/flat/silverware
    • event-specific permits
  • Event specific set-up:  $50 if event requires rearranging of gallery mobile walls, podiums and table(s).  All artwork will remain up at all times.
  • Security Deposit:  All events require a refundable $150 security deposit due at the time of signing agreement.

Rental Inclusions

Facility Use

  • Over 1600 SF of floor space
  • Rooftop terrace (weather permitting)
  • Full kitchen – full sized refrigerator with freezer, range with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, sink
  • Half kitchen -  microwave and sink
  • One restroom
  • Two iPod docking stations (one for each floor)
  • One six-foot table (linen service required)
  • Parking is located along 12th Avenue South

All renters will agree to and sign a gallery use policy and procedure agreement at the time of gallery reservation.  Failure to comply with any policy and procedure will result in fines assessed at the end of the event.

A La Carte

Wine Services

  • Two Moon Gallery can provide wine and bar services.  Fees are based upon standard service charges and consumption estimates valued upon gallery reservation.  Fees will be established upon reservation.
  • Alcohol may be served at Two Moon Gallery by a licensed TABC server.
